  The overall experience was good and the lady was very nice but I think they had overbooked or were short staffed things were a bit rushed. An error was made and I was given the wrong colour lip product and my daughter is having to make a special trip back to exchange it for the right one. Disappointed

  Gorgeous experience at Harvey Nichols Leeds learning how to do an everyday look. Really informative and I came away feeling really happy with how my skin looked. Thank you!!

  I didn't receive my service. I had booked for foundation match and i wanted to try the new pillow talk rang before buying which stated online were both free. I was told that i can have one or the other or pay £30 as i cant have more than 1 booking which is stated on the website as 1 person cannot book more than 2. I didn't even bother discussing this further as the young woman that was overseeing my treatment didn't seem arsed to be there to be honest. I was so dissapointed with the service. I was there maybe 5 minutes i was curious about concealor but i didnt dare ask.

  Emma was really helpful, super friendly and put my 15 year old daughter at ease straight away. It was a fabulous experience that she will remember for a very long time! Thank you!
